In 1998-2007, the head of the department of English at Tomsk Polytechnic University. In 2008—2009—the associate professor at Tomsk Polytechnic University. 
 

   Was awarded the DAAD scholarships in 1995—1996 and in 2000—2001, the Fulbright scholarship in 1996—1997, the Humphrey Scholarship in 2004—2005 and has received more than 40 travel grants for participation in conferences and in-service teacher training seminars and workshops in Russia and abroad (the USA, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Great Britain, etc.).
